ALL PAYMENTS
If you are not sure what services you will need, please do not send any payment until we have completed an initial consultation. Refunds are limited to certain instances as explained below. All payments are to be done via Paypal.com who manages our online payment processing and shopping cart.
ONLINE ORDERS
Paypal.com processes our online orders. Customers may use Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express. No handling fees will be charged. Tax is not included in the pricing. Paypal.com will send you, as well as Jenniestarr.com, a notification upon receiving your payment.
CUSTOM WEB DESIGN SERVICES
We will start working on your project when we have received your payment (50% of total amount). Please do not send any payment until we have confirmed the details of your project. Payments of $200 or less are non-refundable. Upon cancellation of the project, we will retain a minimum of $200.00, to cover any costs associated with work completed to date. Once the project is complete, payments will not be refunded. Any extra design services that are not specified on our services list will be completed at an hourly rate. Please contact us beforehand to determine the cost of your project.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. All pages designed by Make Your Mark will contain a copyright to client and the text "Web Site Design by www.jenniestarr.com" which will link back to http://www.jenniestarr.com.
2. The disclaimer also applies to the use of freeware counters, guestbooks, and CGI-programs integrated into your web site. We integrate several services who do not currently charge for use of their basic services. (i.e. Onestat.com, Yahoo, Doteasy and PayPal.) Should any of these service providers elect to charge for their services, you may have additional fees associated with continuing to offer that functionality on your web site.
3. Make Your Mark is not responsible for loss of material stored on the client's designated web site server.
4. All clients will be listed in the Make Your Mark Portfolio, unless the client desires to be withheld from the listing.
