There are a variety of knowledge management tools and methodologies that companies world wide employ.
In 1999, I launched a web site called KMTool to share knowledge management resources with my colleagues and clients. While the site is outdated in design, I continue to update the site with new information and it remains a heavily utilized resource to this day.
