KMTool
In my professional life, I have long wondered how companies can afford to lose good people taking all their knowledge with them and requiring newcomers to start from scratch with knowledge of projects and relationships. Harnessing corporate knowledge became a personal interest of mine. In 1999, I launched KMTool, which I still use to track and review innovative knowledge management applications.
Searcher Magazine Technology Column
Like most, I try to strike a good balance between work and family life. When it comes to my personal interests there are even fewer hours in the day to devote to them. My technology column in Searcher Magazine is devoted to reviews of software applications that help make our lives easier. Music recommendation engines, book recommendation engines, blogs and more.
